Your critter sitter will arrive for the first visit before noon and will arrive for the second visit in the late afternoon.
Urban Tailz uses Time to Pet software with GPS tracking. You will receive a notification when the sitter arrives, and then a detailed visit report with fun pics and notes on how the visit went the moment the visit has been completed. The visits are also GPS time stamped so you know the sitter has been to your home.
We care for most critters! Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Gerbils, Sugar Gliders, Ferrets, Rats, Chinchillas, Hamsters, Birds, Reptiles, Amphibians, and Fish. If your critter isn’t listed, don’t hesitate to email or text us to find out if we care for these animals.
We will provide food, fresh water, and replace bedding for your pets per your instructions. We can also do any small chores needed (bring in mail, water plants, etc) while you’re away. If your critter is allowed playtime or cuddling, we will spend the rest of the visit hanging out with your critter and making sure they get lots of love. We send fun pictures and updates so you know how things are going while you’re out of town.
Urban Tailz is able to administer many medications, but not all. We do NOT do injections. Therefore, it’s critical that we review all your critter’s medication needs prior to scheduling visits and/or at your initial Meet & Greet to ensure we are suited for your needs.
